Bhindi ki sabji banane ki vidhi – Bhindi ki sabzi is a very tasty vegetable, it is prepared in many ways with dry and gravy I have shared this recipe with gravy which is very tasty then you must try it.

 

Bhindi – 400 g
Onion – 1 medium
Tomato – 1 medium
Garlic bud – 10-12
small pieces of Ginger – 2
Green Chillies – 2
Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
Hing – 1 /8 tsp
cumin – 1/2 tsp
tomato – 1 large
onion – 1 medium
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
coriander powder – 1 tbsp
salt – 1/2 tsp
roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Curd – 1/4 cup

bhindi ki sabji banane ki vidhi

1- Wash the bhindi thoroughly, wipe off the water outside it with a clean cloth and cut it into big pieces.

2- In a plate cut one medium sized onion and one medium sized tomato into big pieces, remove tomato seeds

3- In a mixer jar, coarsely grind 10-12 cloves of garlic, 2 small pieces of ginger and 2 green chilies.

4- Put 2 tbsp mustard oil in a pan and heat it

5- Put bhindi in this pan and fry it while stirring and simultaneously add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and cook the bhindi till 80% and take out the bhindi from the pan.

6- Now put the pieces of chopped onion in step 2 in the remaining oil in the same pan and fry it on high flame for 20-30 seconds and take it out from the pan.

7- Now put 2 tbsp mustard oil in the same pan and heat it and add 1/2 tsp cumin and 1/8 tsp hing and when cumin splutters then

8- Grind a medium sized onion in a mixer and put it on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

9- Now add the ginger garlic paste we made in step 3 and cook it for 1-2 minutes.

10- Now make a large tomato puree and put it in it and cook it for 2 minutes and dry the tomato water.

11- Now add dry spices in it 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp hot red chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder and 1/2 Add tsp garam masala and fry the spices for 1-2 minutes

12- Now add 1 cup of water to these spices and cook till the spices leave the oil.

13- Leave the spices oil, then reduce the flame of the gas and put 1/4 cup of curd in this pan and cook for 2 minutes while stirring continuously.

14- Put 1/4 cup of water in this kadhai and also put chopped tomato pieces in step 2 and fried onion pieces in step 6 and add fried bhindi and mix it well and push 4-5 cook for a minute
